We stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available for B2B Rank services.
1. Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice before the next billing date
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
If you cancel before your retainer begins, you will receive a full refund
2. Project-Based Services
Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
After work begins (within 7 days): 50% refund of fees paid for work not yet delivered
After 7 days / upon delivery: No refund once work has been completed and delivered
Deposits are non-refundable once a project kickoff meeting has occurred
3. Free SEO Audit
Our free SEO audit is provided at no charge and therefore no refund is applicable. The audit represents our genuine assessment and recommendations at no obligation to you.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your services or request a refund, please contact us at contact@b2brank.com with:
Your full name and company name
The service(s) you wish to cancel
Your reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
Your invoice or order number
We will respond to all cancellation requests within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount
Currency conversion differences are not refundable
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and additional fees.
7. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable but we have failed to meet agreed service levels, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Service credits can be applied toward future invoices and have no cash value.
