Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or purchasing our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

B2B Rank provides SEO consulting, digital marketing strategy, content marketing, link building, technical SEO, AI automation, web development, design, and related services (“Services”). The specific scope of Services will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• All fees are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
• Project-based fees may require a deposit of 50% before work begins
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you (content, reports, designs). B2B Rank retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property. We may use anonymized results and case study data for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to website, analytics, and other required platforms
• Assign a primary point of contact to coordinate with our team
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for services
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all content provided to us does not infringe third-party rights

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B2B RANK DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall B2B Rank’s total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years. This does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice for monthly retainers
• We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach
• Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered to the termination date
• We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. You agree to bring any claim within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
